What’s included in my monthly rent?

Your monthly rent covers it all, so you can live hassle-free in the capital or Reading. Step into a fully furnished, en-suite room, studio, 1 or 2 bedroom flat with all-inclusive utilities (electricity, water, heating, and WiFi) and support from Gravity Co’s maintenance team. Stay in the loop with exclusive events, partner perks, and special offers via the Gravity App.

Can I do viewings?

Absolutely! We offer both virtual and in-person viewings. Start with a virtual tour with our bookings team. It’s quick and easy. If you’d like to see the property in person, just let us know, and we’ll make it happen. Reach out to our bookings team today to get started.

Are my deposits protected?

Yes, your deposit is protected under a recognised scheme, and Gravity Co is a member of the PRS redress scheme.

Can I cancel my contract?

Yes you can. We understand that plans can unexpectedly change, so if you need to move out sooner than expected, we ask for 4 weeks’ notice and depending on your length of stay, your final rent payment may be different to the rest. For more information, contact our bookings team.

Do you have onsite staff?

While we don’t have onsite staff, you can connect with our team through the Gravity App, email, or phone 24/7 for any maintenance emergencies.

How much does the rent cost?

Can I have a pet?

Want to bring your furry friend? We can accept a small dog or cat at our West Court (Hounslow Central) or our Royal Heights (Reading)  properties.

Is council tax included in the rent?
